No more spoons.
Also, purchased that sweet dinosaur in the background today at the Flea Market in Montreuil.

Brilliance at Rick Owens.  On a side not, got totally stuck inside L'ecole des Beaux Arts where the show was at and was so excited to see the school that I've learned and read so much about.
This is by far the worst outfit I've ever seen.
I sort of love this, someone rendered a face into an incidental spill.
(One day in the  draping studio)
Casey walks in through the front door

Casey: Hey Dylan, did you miss me last night?
Dylan: Ya I sure did, how was house sitting?
Casey: It was alright, sat around and watched movies, their cats are crazy, what did you do?
Dylan: Oh, didn't miss much, stayed up until 3 am watching skateboarding videos on Youtube

Kwame quickly interjects....
Kwame: I'm looking at your feet right now, and you guys sound like a bunch of lesbians

This is Kwame.
This is pretty amazing. Someone took the time to chip away a picture of Mount Rushmore from old paint. Its pretty accurate as well.

I woke up this morning, and hurried to the train station only to find with my dreary eyes a half carcass hanging from hooks.  The picture was taken after a man came out and wrestled the other half into the store.

I just completed a fabric treatment using the batik technique. It is wax, and fabric dyes. The title is "Landscape (Mars)"
                                                          Oh my....Happy Valentines Day!

Today I went to the Paris Zoo and Lake at Creteil. It was so beautiful.  The best part is the mixture of artificial scenery (above) with real animals (below).  I'm a real sucker for both fake, and real nature, especially when the two are combined.

A Buddhist monastery in the middle of the park.
Last night I met up with Josephine at a party.....

sky lines. Today was the prettiest day in Paris since I've been here. Sunny, lively, and fairly warm.
Casey introduced me to a store that has 1950- 1960's notebooks, rulers, chalkboards, and beautiful trinkets and antiques.  I bought this metal compass which was so pretty when closed that I decided to wear it around my neck.

A really colorful antique science and oddity shop in St. Germain.

Also featured antique gynecology clamps, and female sex organ models.

Meet Le Couteau, the tool I use to cut dozens of skins at Rick's. He is beautiful, and I wish he was mine..
All the fur skins at Rick Owens for Revillion
The condition of my apartment when Casey and I are working at the same time.

This picture of pink bikes, makes me deeply miss the celebrity.

I wandered into what seemed to be an outside market for creatures.  Above is a cage of pigeons, below are crates of chickens.  There were also hampsters and fish.

In Paris it is extremely difficult to find any imperfections, everything is meticulously contoured, and perfectly symmetrical.  I found these vents placed arbitrarily around the Luxembourg Palace and thought they were quite interesting.
